<br />SECTION I. Unreasonable accelerationotany" noto!' vehicle' ona117 public or
<br />.privater'?ad or way within. the Village of NewBrighton,atr unreasonab e
<br />acceleration is herein defined, is hereby dec~redto l;)ea,public
<br />nuisanoeand is prohibited.
