The Village Council of the Village of New Brighton does ordain: Section 1. The following ordinances and parts of ordinances, described by NUmber, Title and Date of passage, are hereby repealed~ Nb.. 1. Board of Health, Passed April 6th, 1891. No.3. Carrying Concealed Weapons. Passed April 6th, 1891 ~ No.7. Peddlers and Traveling Merchants, Sections 7 and 8. Passed April 6th, 1891. No.15. Registration of Dogs. Passed July 7, 1982. No.30. An Ordinance Licensing and Regulating the Retail Sale of Cigarette Wrappers. Passed December 16th, 1941. No.47. ,iAn Ordinance Regulating the Use of Highways Within the Village of New Brighton, t'linn., incorporating Pro~isions of the State Highway Traffic Regulation Act by Reference, and iruposing a penalty for the violation Thereof. Passed December 2, 1952. No.72. An ordinance relating to the regulation of the use of highways within the Village of New Brightin. Incorporating, by reference, provisions of the state HighYTaY Traffic ReguH,tion Act, amending ordinance No. 47 for the Village of New Brighton. Passed July 16, 1957. Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication accord- ing to lay;.
