<br />r'.'"" <br /> <br />\" .,l. <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />," <br />ORDINANCE NO: 209 <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESO'fA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 188, BEING THE "NEW BRIGHTON ZONING ORDINANCE II , <br />BY AMENDING CERTAIN DEFINITIONS, ADDING CERTAIN DEFINITIONS, AMENDING CERTAIN <br />MINIMUM lOT SIZE, SET BACK, BUILDING HEIGHT ANDIQT AREA PER UNIT IN MULTIPLE <br />RESIDENCE DISTRICTS, ESTABLISHIN:l CERTAIN ADDITIONAL MINIMUM LOT AREAS PER UNIT, <br />LOT SIZES AND SET BACK REQUIREMENTS IN MUI.TIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT R-4 (THREE STORY <br />MINIMUM), AND BY ADDING TO SECTION II THEREOF TO PROVIDE FOR PLlNNED RESIDENTIAL <br />DEVELOPMENT . <br /> <br />The Village Counoil of the Village of New Brighton does ordain: <br /> <br />SEOTION I - Section 2-150 of Ordinanoe No.. 188 is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />2-150 BUILDING HEIGHT <br /> <br />The distanoe from the average ground level to the ceiling of the upper most story. <br /> <br />SECTION II. - Section 2 of Ordinance No. 188 is hereby amended by adding <br />the following: <br /> <br />2-750 - LOT AREA PER UNIT <br /> <br />The portions of the lot area required to support one dwelling unit. <br /> <br />2-760 - GROUND FLOOR AREA <br /> <br />The lot area"covered by a bUilding or buildings measured from the exterior faces of <br />exterior walls but excluding porohes and terraces and garages whioh do not exceed <br />121 in height. <br /> <br />2-770 - COMMON OPEN SPACE <br /> <br />All private land which is placed, by oovenant or deed restrictions, in permanent <br />custody of the owner or owners of any project which contains such space and is to be <br />left substan~i~ open for the private use and enjoyment of the residents of the <br />project abutting or adjacent thereto. <br /> <br />2-780 - NON-COMMERCUL RECREATIONAL OR CULTURAL <br /> <br />Any recreational or cultural use of land or building or buildings intended solely <br />for the residents of a Planned Residential Development to which membership is ob- <br />tained only by living in. the Planned Residential Development.. <br /> <br />... <br />
