<br />-~'_. <br /> <br />......-oJ.. <br /> <br />-:. <br /> <br />~ ~.,. <br /> <br />I.," -. \~ <br /> <br />. ,., <br />,.'. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 120 f <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 107 REGULATING THE PLATTING <br />OF LANDS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON, AMENDING EXISTING <br />ORDINANCES AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of New Brighton does Ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 7, entitled ffLot Standards", Subdivision (5) <br /> <br />of Ordinance No.. 107, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(5) All lots shall abut on a publicly-dedicated street excepting <br /> <br />lots in a plat designed for development and construction of <br /> <br />town houses which have common yards with open space rights <br /> <br />guaranteed by the granting of an easement therefor to the <br /> <br />Village of New Brighton. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Section 8 of Ordinance 107 as amended by Section 4 of <br /> <br />Ordinance 119 and Section 4 of Ordinance 172 entitled "Setback Lines" is hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding the following: <br /> <br />"Except that such line need not be shown if the <br /> <br />lots are developed for construction of town <br /> <br />houses which have common yards with open <br /> <br />space rights thereto guaranteed by the granting <br /> <br />of an easement therefor to the Village of New <br /> <br />Brighton. " <br />
