<br />REGUJ.A.TING ALL MATTERS PERTAINING, RELATING OR INCIDENTAL TO THE
<br />CONSTRUCTION, BUILDING, ALTERATION, REPAIR, INSTALLATION, PERFORM-I
<br />ANCE, MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION OF ALL BUILDINGS, WALKS, STRUCT- i
<br />URES, DRIVEWAYS, SIGNS AND BILLBOARDS, SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS, .
<br />WELL DRILLING AND WATER SUPPLY SYSTEMS, ELECTRIC WIRING, HEATING
<br />PLANTS, GAS AND GAS APPLIANCES, GAS BURNERS AND EQUIPMENT, INCIN-
<br />ERATORS, PLUMBING, PLASTERING, EXCAVATIONS, LOT GRADING, CEMENT
<br />AND BRICK LAYING, ROOFING, WRECKING AND MOVING OF BUILDINGS, ERECT
<br />ED, CONSTRUCTD, BUILT, ALTERED, REPAIRED, INSTALLED OR PERFORMED,
<br />TO BE ERECTED, CONSTRUCTED, BUILT, ALTERED, REPAIRED, INSTALLED,
<br />PERFORMED AND MAINTAINED IN THE VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON AND PROVID
<br />ING FOR LICENSES, PERMITS, BONDS AND FEES FOR THE PURPOSE OF PRO-
<br />TECTION OF PROPERTY AGAINST FIRE AND FOR SECURING HEALTHFUL, SAFE
<br />AND SANITARY CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT FOR THE OCCUPANTS OF BUILD
<br />INGS USED FOR HUMAN HAB ITATION OR OTHERWISE, PROVIDING FOR PENALTI S
<br />FOR VIOLATION THEREOF, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 22, 32, 33,
<br />37 and 54 AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND AMENDING CERTAIN PERMIT FEES
<br />IN SECTION 4, AND AMENDING CERTAIN STRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS UNDER
<br />SECTION 6, AND ADDING ADDITIONAL STRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS.

<br />The Village Council of the Village of New Brighton does
<br />
<br />ordain:
<br />
<br />SECTION 1. Section 4, Subsection 4-1 is amended to read
<br />
<br />as follows:
<br />
<br />Permit fees for new building construction or additions to :
<br />existing structures shall be based upon the area of the struc~-
<br />ures to be built. Buildings will be classified in accordance~' ;'.'
<br />with their heights and the rate for the various heights shall
<br />differ where basements are not constructed. Permit fees shal
<br />be in accordance with the figures shown on the following tab1 .

<br />(A) Basementless, $1.50 per each 120 square feet of area.
<br />(B) With Basement, $1.50 for each 110 square feet of area.

<br />
<br />(A) Basementless, $1.50 per each 110 square feet of area.
<br />(B) With Basement, $1.50 per each 100 square feet of area.
<br />
<br />Two Story Building
<br />
<br />(A) Basementless, $1.50 per each 100 square feet of area.
<br />(B) With Basement, $1.50 per each 90 square feet of area.
<br />
<br />Garages
<br />
<br />(A) Single garages attached or detached $6.00.
<br />(B) Double garages attached or detached $8.00.
