VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON COUNTY OF RAMSEY STA TE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 188 REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON The Village Council of the Village of New Brighton dO~B ordain: SECTION I. Pursuant to Section 15-080 or Ordinance No. 188, Ordiaance No. 188 is amended as follows: That part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Nox-theast 1/4 of Section 32, Township 30, Range 23, described as follows, to wit: Be&inning at the Northwest corner of said Stluthwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4; thence South along the Westerly line thereof, a distance of 190 feet; thence at right angles Easterly a distance of 385 feet more or less to the shore of Jones Lake, thence North along said lake shore to the North line of said Southwest 1/4 of the. Northeast 1/4, thence Westerly a distance of 385 feet more or less to the point of beginning. Said property being originally zoned Residential R-3 is now zoned Limited Business B-1. SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication according to law.
