<br />districts (except residential use). All applications for

<br />OFF-STREET PARKING AND OFF-STREET LOADING
<br />-010 OFF. STREET PARKING
<br />(a) A parking space, as refened to in this ordinance, 8hall
<br />be at least nine (9) feet wide by twenty (20) feet
<br />long. In considering parking lots, a standard of 300
<br />8quare feet per parking space shall be used to com-
<br />pute total requirements. including' maneuvering areas.
<br />( b) Off-street parking will not be permitted in any front
<br />Ylu'd Or side yard in residential districts where such
<br />yards border on a ,$treet, In business and indushial
<br />districts, any' such parking shall be in conformity
<br />with the provisions of this ordinance,
<br />(c) Any off-street parkIng area containing five (5) or
<br />more parking spaces mUst be screened from any ad-
<br />jacent residential area by proper planting,
<br />(d) Spaces for residMtial parking 8hll.]] be on the same
<br />lot as the principal building.
<br />(e) Off-street parking in residential districts shall be
<br />used only for the parking of vehicles. No f:ommercial'

<br />trade, laundry, dry.cleaning establishmentg or other
<br />I'llJildings where latge amounts of goods ate received
<br />or shipped, erected in any district after the effective
<br />date of this ordinance, loading and unloading space
<br />~halI be provided as follows:
<br />(b) In genera! business districts two (2) off-street load-
<br />ing' and unloading spaces shall be provided for each
<br />store unit having a gross floor area of 10,000 square
<br />feet. One (1) additional space shall he provided for
<br />each additional 15,000 ~qllare feet of floor space,
<br />(c) In neighborhood busine:;s districts, one (1) off
<br />street loading amI unloading space ~hall be provided
<br />for each store unit.
<br />(d) In industrial di~tricts, the Use of Rny building rc.
<br />quiring loading ot' unloading of materials to or from
<br />trucks shall require two (2) off-street loading spaces
<br />for the first 10,000 squ:lI'e feet of floor space and an
<br />additional space for each ad4itional 15,000 square
<br />feet of floor space,
<br />(e) No required off-street loading gpace ~hall be less
<br />than 100 feet from any residential district boundary
