The bituminous pavement shall be plant mix bituminou~ <br />l!material in accordance with Minnesota Highway Department specifi- ! <br />II cations 2331. It shall be spread to form a compacted thickness ofl <br />112 inches and shall be rolled smooth to conform with the existing j <br />II street . I <br />After the back filling work and the replacement of thel <br />pavement has been completed to the satisfaction of the superintendrnt <br />:: of Maintenance, he shall sign the approval of such work and submitj <br />I it to the Village" Clerk.'
