The last paragraph of Section 2, (e) of <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 58, as amended by Ordinance No.. 175, is hereby <br />I <br />II amended to re.ad as- follows: <br /> <br />II Charges for single and two family dwellings shall be based <br />I <br />I! upon the actual water meter reading for the quarter,or the <br /> <br />II "winter quarter" water meter reading t which ever is lower. Such <br />II <br />q "winter quarter" reading shall include three of the following <br /> <br />II months, <br />I <br />I <br />1 <br />II <br />d the remaining three quarters of the year.
