Authorizing Establishment of Bureau. Pursuant <br /> <br />to Minnesota Statutes Annotated 492.0l to 492.06, the Municipal <br />,I <br />Court of the Village of New Brighton is hereby authorized to <br /> <br />establish a Traffic Violations Bureau to assist the Oourt in <br /> <br />disposing of violations of traffic laws on ordinances. <br /> <br />SEOTION 2. Personnel. The head of such Bureau and all <br />I <br />other Bureau personnel shall be designate.d by the Judge of t:te <br />Munioipal Court of the Village of Ni1 Brighton. <br />L SECTION 3. Location and Hours of Bureau. Such Bureau <br />Ii <br />I!shall use space and other office facilities in the office of the <br />Village Clerk, and shall be open for business at such location <br />I from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. daily except Saturdays, Sundays and <br />I Holidays.. I <br />II SECTION 4. Funds. Funds for the establishment and operation <br />II of the Bureau shall corne from sums appropriated and to be appro- <br />II <br />III priated for the operation of the Municipal Court for the Village <br />II of New Brighton. All financial operations, including disposition <br />!I <br />II of receipts of the Bureau shall be subject to order of the Court, <br />Ilsubject to the provisions of M.S.A. 492.05~ <br />II SECTION 5.
