Section 24, of ordinance No. l07 as ameneed <br />by Section 15 of ordinance No. 172 entitled "Building Permits" <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Except that bulding permits for not more than three model <br />homes in each subdivision IIIEIY be issued after approval of <br />the final plat and after street construction and utilities <br />have been ordered, on the condition that such model homes <br />shall be vacant and not occupied for residential use until <br />S!.lch time as all the foregoing requirements have been fully <br />complied with.
