AMENDMENT TO JOINT POWERS .AGREEMENT <br />RELATING TO <br />MAINTENANCE .AND OPERATION OF <br />LONG LAKE/RUSH LAKE REGIONAL PARK <br />This agreement is made this day of 19 between <br />the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota (County}, and City of New <br />Brighton, County of Ramsey., State of Minnesota (City).. This agreement is <br />entered into pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 471.59 (1980). <br />WHEREAS, The County and City entered into a joint powers agreement <br />relating to maintenance and operation of Long Lake/Rush Lake Regional <br />Park, dated February 13, 1984, and <br />WHEREAS, The County-and City agree that the provisions of the joint <br />powers agreement should be continued through December 31, 1991. <br />The County and City hereby agree to amend Article 7 of the joint <br />powers agreement to read as follows: <br />7.
