Ordinance No. 56, the Building COde, shall be amended <br /> <br />adding the following provision: <br />6-92B. It shall be henceforth unlawfaiLl to use railroad box <br /> <br />cars as structures for dwellings, commercial enterprises, warehousing, storage, <br /> <br />or any other residential, commercial or industrial use, except that use <br /> <br />necessary and appurtenant to the railroad industry. <br /> <br />Section 2. Date Effective.
