<br />C. No license shall be granted as defined in this ordinance unless the <br />installation requirements are complied with. <br />SECTION 3. Installation Requirements. <br />A. Installation Plans. <br />1. Before any installation is begun, a floor plan complete with all <br />details of the requirements herein must be submitted t 0 the Building <br />Inspector. This plan should show the building outline, location <br />of all mechanical equipment in the building, fans with their CN <br />capaci ty, etc. This plan should be accompanied wi th detailed opera- <br />tion, installation and maintenance manuels prepared by themanufact- <br />urer. of the propGSed dry cleaning machine. <br />2. Upon receiving written approval of the plans, the installation may <br />be made. <br />3. Before the machines can be put into operation for use, the installing <br />contractor must arrange for the inspection of t he equipment by the <br />Building Inspector and receive approval on saae. <br />a. Location. <br />),. Coin operated dry cleaning equipment locations l1lUst be approved by <br />the Building Inspector prior to the installation of machinery. <br />2. Approval Will not be granted for any building occupied in any part <br />as a dwelling. <br />3. Buildings should be single story structures With concrete floors in <br />good condition. Installations in buildings not having concrete floors <br /> <br />may be approved upon application provided the requirements for proper <br /> <br />ventilation, confinement of solvents within the dry cleaning service <br /> <br />area and appropriate segragation of all building areas and equipment <br />are installed and maintained to protect health. Complete information <br />about the building and its construction must be included in the plans. <br />C. General . <br />1.
