Any other information requested by the Village Council <br />(c) Each application for a special permit shall be accompanied by a <br />certificate of ownership of all of the property within 300 feet of any boundary <br /> <br />line of the proposed home park site. <br /> <br />(d) Each applicant shall be required to pay a fee of $25.00 at the <br /> <br />time that such application is filed wi th the Village Clerk. This money shall <br /> <br />be used by the Village to defray the expense of processing such application. <br /> <br />(e) No special permit for any mobile home park shall be issued by <br /> <br />the Village Council of New Brighton until after a public hearing has beenheld on the <br /> <br />matter by said Council. This hearing shall be advertised in the official newspaper <br /> <br />of the Village for at least ten (10) days before the hearing. At least ten (10) <br /> <br />days prior to the public hearing, the Council shall mail a notice of said hearing <br /> <br />to each of the property owners shown on the certificate at their last known address <br /> <br />$0 that they might appear and be heard. A special permit can only be issued for <br /> <br />property that is cl assi fied Residence District ..C.., as defined under Section 5 <br /> <br />of Ordinance No. 61, or the equivalent zoning in any subsequent ordinance or <br /> <br />amendment thereto. <br /> <br />(f) The Village Council shall refer the application to the <br />Planning Co~ssion for recommendation. Within forty (40) days after the first <br /> <br />regular meeting of the Planning Commission after such referral, the Planning <br /> <br />Commdssion shall make their recommendation to the Village Council. If a <br />recommendation is not received from the Planning Commdssion within forty (40) <br /> <br />days after such referral, the Council may proceed without said recommendation. <br /> <br />(g) After the public hearing, the Council may grant or deny the <br /> <br />application for permit by a majority vote of its members. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
