<br />~""f .........,,;,-~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. ) 2- 3 <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE .AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 98 PROVIDING FOR THE <br />ERECTION OF STREET SIGNS. <br /> <br />~ 4"" \r.' <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of New Brighton does hereby ordain: <br />Section 1. Section 25 of Ordinance No. 98 1s hereby amended by <br /> <br />adding Subdivision "1" as follows: <br /> <br />Street Signs. Street signs ,shall be installed at all intersections <br /> <br />before the street shall be accepted for routine maintenance by the Village. All <br /> <br />street signs shall be installed by the Village and the cost assessed against the <br /> <br />developer responsible for construction of the street.
