Railroad Properties <br /> Black reported that the abandonment application for the portion of Butcher's Spur to the east of <br /> Old Highway 8 has been delayed on advice of our attorneys. We are attempting to identify an <br /> appropriate site for the "team track" operations that are currently permitted on the spur. <br /> Staff met with representatives of the General Services Administration (GSA), in town to advance <br /> the sale of surplus TCAAP lands in Arden Hills and New Brighton. Fulton added that GSA <br /> hopes to complete the transfer of land in the first quarter of 2006. He added that New Brighton <br /> staff met with Arden Hills staff to express some concerns about the proposed"vision" for <br /> TCAAP.
