<br />, . <br />Subdivision "a" At least a total of 10 feet w{de, centered on <br /> <br />rear lot lines, shall be provided for utilities, where necessary. They shall <br /> <br />have continuity of alignment from block to block, and at deflection points, <br /> <br />easements for pole-line anchors shall be provided. <br /> <br />Section 6. Section 18. entitled "Preliminary plan approval" <br /> <br />shall be amended as follows: <br /> <br />Approval of a preliminary plan shall be null and void unless <br /> <br />within one hundred and eighty days after receiving the last required approval of <br /> <br />the preliminary plan, there shall be submitted to the Clerk of the Village a <br /> <br />final plat or plats in accordance with the conditions upon which such approval was <br /> <br />granted by the Council. <br />Section 7. Section 19, entitled "Final plats" is amended as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Subdivision "a" Within one hundred and eighty days from the <br /> <br />time that the preliminary plat is approved by the Village CounCil, the developer <br /> <br />shall submit for approval a copy of the final plat which is to be recorded. <br /> <br />At the same time 4 prints of said plat shall be furnished to the Village for <br /> <br />Village records and purposes. <br /> <br />Subdivision "b" Nothing herein shall prevent, with Village Council <br /> <br />approval, the filing of a portion of the overall plat of a tract of land, <br /> <br />provided, however that said portion shall be properly designated and shall <br /> <br />consist of not less than 15 lots, and shall properly subject itself to street <br /> <br />openings and installation of municipal utilities. <br />Section 8. Section 20 shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Necessary data for final plat. <br /> <br />Section 9. Section 22, entitled "Required land improvements and <br /> <br />constructionll shall be amended as follows: <br /> <br />No final plat shall be approved by the Village Council without <br />first receiving a report signed by the Village Engineer and the Village Attorney <br />certifying that the improvements and construction of the land and streets <br /> <br />together with all other necessary plans and facilities in the plat have been <br /> <br />completed and/or satisfactorily arranged for in accordance with the provisions <br />
