A General Development Plan is hereby established for both properties <br /> consistent with the following uses: <br /> a. 715 Old Highway 8 NW: Site to be developed in accordance with <br /> attached Exhibit A, subject to modifications that arise out of the Site Plan <br /> review and approval process by the Planning Commission at their August <br /> 15, 2006 meeting and final Site Plan review and approval by the City <br /> Council at their August 22, 2006 meeting. <br /> b. 721 Old Highway 8 NW: Site to be developed in accordance with B-2, <br /> Neighborhood Business standards, unless the General Development Plan <br /> is amended in accordance with the B-4, Downtown Business standards. <br /> 3.
