He stated that he thought the Commission may want to <br /> consider this for future projects. Schiferl stated that he had discussed this topic with the <br /> previous Public Works Director and it unfortunately went nowhere. He would like to <br /> discuss it further and see where it may lead. O'Brien stated that he would be very <br /> interested to hear what the Civil Engineers think of it. Baker asked staff to see if there <br /> could be a discussion on it. Gundlach replied that she would bring it up with the director <br /> of Public Works. <br /> Gundlach announced that the North Metro Home and Garden show is on February 24 <br /> from 9am to 2 pm at the Schwan's Center in Blaine and the admission is free to the <br /> public. <br /> Baker inquired if APi Group would be in next month with their plans. Gundlach stated <br /> that she is anticipating that they will be in next month,but she has thus far only seen a <br /> concept plan. Mann inquired if there are any updates on Brighton Village.
