4. The Planning Commission finds the standards of Section 4-600 (2) and <br /> Section 4-600 (4) and the Special Use Permit standards of Section 8-130 <br /> are satisfied. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the application SP 2006-007 is hereby recommended for <br /> approval to the City Council,subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Prior to building permit issuance, submission of the engineer's <br /> certification that the tower is designed to self collapse in accordance with <br /> Section 4-600 (4) (C). <br /> 2. The applicant and/or property owner work with the Fire Marshall to <br /> determine that an accessible water supply is available for adequate fire <br /> fighting purposes due to the proximity of existing propane tanks on site. <br /> The applicant shall provide the necessary assurances, including but not <br /> limited to, a performance bond or letter of credit to comply with this <br /> requirement. <br /> 3. If at any time modifications are made to the tower or surrounding <br /> equipment an additional Special Use Permit will be required. <br /> 4. Applicant shall provide adequate screening, subject to review by the City <br /> Planner.
