Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council of the City <br />of New Brighton, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />of N <br />to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />i, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was held at the City Hall in the City on Tuesday, <br />Apri12~, 2007, commencing at 6:30 P.M. <br />following rnembers of the Council were present: <br />Mayor Larson, Councilmembers Hoffman and Bauman. <br />and th~lfollowing were absent: <br />Councilmembers Doffing and Burg. <br />*** ~** <br />*** <br />~ Hoffman who moved <br />The following resolution was presented by Councilmember <br />its ad tion: <br />RESOLUTION N0.07-030 <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE <br />AND SALE OF APPROXIRMEMENT BONDS,~SERIES 007E OBLIGATION <br />TAX TNC <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Ramsey County, <br />ota (the "City") as follows: <br />It is hereby determined that: <br />(a) the City has duly established Development District No. 1 (the "Development <br />District") pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 through 469.134 <br />(the "Development District Act"); <br />(b) the City has duly established Tax Increment Financing District No. 31 <br />(NWQ Special Law) (TIF District) within the Development District and <br />within the area known as the "NW Quad"> all pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Section 469.174 to 469.179 (the "TIF Act") and Minnesota Laws <br />1998, Ch. 3$9, Article l 1, Section 24 (the "Special Law"); <br />
