From and after the date of passage a~4pUblication <br /> <br />of thiEl ordinance it shall be unlawful for any person, fir. or c.rp..ation <br /> <br />oWning or operating a mobile sewerage carrier to dispose of its load i~to <br /> <br />the New Brigatonsanitary sewer system, in any manner, un~e.s such person, <br /> <br />firm or corporation Shall pay to the Village Clerk or any person delegated <br /> <br />by the Village Council the amount of $2.50 per load. <br /> <br />Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the <br /> <br />provisions of this ordinance shall upon conviction thereof be deemed guilty <br /> <br />of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine not to exceed $100.00 an4 costs, <br /> <br />or by imprisonment in the county jail or county workbousefor not more than <br /> <br />90 days. <br /> <br />Section 4.
