<br />M <br />Itt <br /> <br />~... <br /> <br />~J <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. f 2--.. <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUN1'Y OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOI'A <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REIATINJ TO THE REnUI.ATION OF THE <br />USE OF MorOR VEHle LES AND HIGHWAYS WITHIN THE <br />VILlAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON, INCORPORATING BY <br />REF'ERENCE, PROVISIONS OF CEmAIN STATUTES, AND <br />REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 7 'Y.. <br /> <br />The Council of the Village of New Brighton does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. The regulatory provisions of Minnesota. Statutes, 1945, <br />Chapters 168, 169 and 171, aa amended from time to time, including the <br /> <br />amendments enacted by the 1957 and 1959 Minnesota Legislature at the <br /> <br />General Session and the Special Session thereof, are hereby adopted as <br /> <br />traffic ordinances regulating the use of highways, streets snd alleys <br /> <br />and of motor vehicles within the Village of New Brighton and are hereby <br /> <br />incorporated in and made a part of this ordinance as completely as if set <br /> <br />out herein in full. <br /> <br />Section 2. Jury violation of the statutes adopted by reference ir:! <br /> <br />Section 1 hereof is a violation of this ordinance when it occurs within <br /> <br />the Village of New Brighton. Any person thus violating any provision <br /> <br />of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished <br /> <br />by a fine of not to exceed $100.00 or by imprisonment in the County jail <br /> <br />or County workhouse for a period not to exceed ninety days. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. <br /> <br />'.1 <br />;' -y <br /> <br />for the Village of New Brighton is <br /> <br />hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 4.
