Report No. 07-092. <br />Resolution No. 07-036. <br />City Planrler, Janice Gundlach explained the site plan review would permit <br />development of the site. Ryan Companies is the applicant, acting on behalf of the <br />City. The lot is currently vacant, zoned I2-heavy industrial. It is the intent of the <br />City to relocate the Past Office carrier annex to this site. All elements of site plan <br />conform to the city's requirements. <br />Councilmember Bauman questioned if any tra$"ic studies have been done, as well <br />as the impact of mail trucks in the area. Ms McJilton stated that mail is delivered <br />at night to the annex; there are two dock doors to accommodate semi trucks, and <br />twa doors to accommodate short delivery vans. The question was asked by <br />Councilmember Bauman as to the location of the nearest residential district. Ms. <br />Gundlach replied the nearest residential district was well over 1,000 feet away from <br />the proposed development. <br />Motion by Council Member Hoffman, seconded by Council Member Bauman to <br />adopt the attached resolution approving a site plan for the property located at Block <br />Lot 1, Brighton Corporate Park VII subject_to;the engineering recommendations <br />~ade in their memo dated 4-12-2007. ~ '` <br />3 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried. <br />Ryan Companies on behalf of Dalco Enterprises Inc., Site Plan <br />Review (LP2007-005), 300 Stn Ave NW, I-2 Heavy Industrial <br />District, construction of an addition to the existing building. <br />Report No. 07-093. Resolution No. 07-037. <br />City Planner, Janice Gundlach explained the site-plan review would permit <br />construction of an addition to their existing building. Ryan Companies is acting on <br />behalf of Dalco enterprises. The building addition would be approximately 49,000 <br />square feet and a land expansion of 2.15 acres, as included in the Brighton <br />Corporate Park VII plat.
