<br />lines, including all poles; pole lines, and fiXtures anda.ppurten.a.n.ces,

<br />Section 2. The rates to be charged by the Company :for the electric
<br />energy sold wi thin said 111lagesba.11 be reasonable and shall not exceed
<br />Compa,ny's standard seheduleo:f rates and minimum. charges .efi"ective:f'or
<br />and in oolmlJ;W,i ties o:f like . size in adjoining territory which are Similarly
<br />served and s1 tua. ted.

<br />Section 3. There is also granted to COnipe.J::ly during the term hereof
<br />permiasionandauthority to tr1ma.ll trees and shn1bs in the streets.,
<br />alleys, a.ndpablicgrcnmda of said Village 1nterferingwi th the proper
<br />const;ru.ction, operation, repair, and maintenance of ..a.ny poles, pole
<br />lines, and fixtures ora.ppurtenances, installed in pursuance of the
<br />f1.\1thori ty hereby granted, provided tba t Company shallaave said Village
<br />l:l.a:rmless fl.-oDl an;y liability in theprern1ses.

<br />Section. 4. Nothing 1n this Ord1Il2Jlce .conta.ined,shaJ..1 be constl1led
<br />as giving toCom:panyanyexclusi ve privileges in,on, over, ora.cross
<br />the streets) alleys, or public grounds of said Village.

<br />Section 5. COIllpa.Ily shall have full righta.nda.uthori ty to assign
<br />to &uJyperSOIl,pe,rsons, firm or corporation all the rights confened
<br />uponi t by this Ordinance, provided that thea.ssign.ee of .such rights,
<br />by accepting such assigtl1llent, shall become subject to the terms and
<br />provisicms .o:f this Ordinance.
