(moved from consent agenda.) <br /> <br /> <br />Bob Jacobson, Director of Public Safety explained the grant isdesigned to pl'ovi~~ <br />assistance in the cost to replace the 1955 fire vehicle. The vehicle is currently used <br />primarily for grass fires. The <br />Public Safety Volunteer Appreciation dinner was attended. It was reported that over 160 <br />volunteers serve in New Brighton. Residents were encouraged to attend National Night Out <br />.lock parties, August ih.
