The Council approved Change Order No.
1 on October 24, 2006, which added a four foot key operated swing gate for access to the
grounds in the event of power failures. Change Order No.2 had the Contractor compensating the
City $788.50 for costs incurred by having its electrical contractor on site when Century did not
show up for a scheduled meet.
