Motion Carried. <br />LANNING OMMISSION MEETING <br /> <br />Agenda Review <br /> <br />Report on Council Action <br />The Planning Commission adopted the agenda and moved the to the end of the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Public Hearings <br /> <br />PL-228 Brottlund/Schafer <br />Mattila reviewed the case report concerning an application for a simple plat to subdivide two existing two- <br />family lots into four two-family lots. Mattila showed slides of the site. <br /> <br />Zisla asked if the applicant had talked with Mattila about the utility pole or switching facility in the middle of <br />the proposed driveway. Mattila answered no. The pole would have to be relocated if a driveway goes through <br />there. The applicant would have to work with the utility company involved. <br /> <br />Mattila introduced Barry Brottlund, the son of Helen Brottlund, who will speak for her, and Del Ray <br />Schaeffer, the applicants. <br /> <br />Blomquist asked if the dwellings on the site now are rental or owner-occupied units. Brottlund responded Del <br />Ray Schaeffer is the owner and occupies his double home there.
