Motion Carried. <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Report on Council Action <br />Larson said the City Council gave the Police Officer of the Year Award to Officer Dan Olson. The City <br />Council denied a request by residents of the Harstad development to postpone the proposed trail. The trail <br />will be built as planned. <br /> <br />Larson reported on a four-city coalition meeting to study a proposal for ice sheets at the Blaine Sports Center. <br /> <br /> <br />Agenda Review <br />The agenda was amended to add an item about a proposed deck for Chutney’s restaurant. <br /> <br />Public Hearings <br />SP-192, VN-305, and LP-312 Innsbruck Partnership <br />Mattila reviewed the case report concerning an application for a special use permit, setback variance, and site <br />plan review. Blomquist asked about the timing of the construction. <br /> <br />Mattila introduced Al Plutowski, the project architect. Plutowski said Phase 2 is on hold because of funding. <br /> <br />Mattila showed slides of the site. <br /> <br />Livingston asked if anyone would like to speak pursuant to this public hearing. No one responded. <br /> <br />Motion by Livingston, seconded by Blomquist, to. 5 Ayes - 0 Nays.
