Motion Carried. <br />OMMISSION MEETING <br /> <br />Report on Council Action <br />- None <br /> <br />Agenda Review <br />The agenda was adopted as written. <br /> <br />Public Hearings <br />Special Use Permit and Site Plan Review Haugland Company/Corporate Express <br />Teague stated that the applicant has requested that the item be continued. The applicant has submitted a letter <br />requesting an extension of the sixty-day review period to one hundred twenty days. If the applicant does not <br />come forward during this time, the applicant will formally have to withdraw the request or the Planning <br />Commission and City Council must action on the request. <br /> <br />. <br />Motion by Baker, seconded by Zisla, 6 Ayes - 0 Nays. Motion <br />TO CONTINUE THE PUBLIC HEARING MEETING <br />Carried. <br /> <br />General Business <br />Special Use Permit and Site Plan Review Freeway Towing <br />Teague reviewed the planning report on a request for a Special Use Permit and Site Plan Review for constructing <br />a new facility for Freeway Towing at 501 5th Street SW. <br /> <br />Schiferl asked if the site could hold an additional building. Teague responded stated the site has space only for <br />the building under consideration. The project would be a one-phase, one-building project. <br /> <br />Baker asked about the draft resolution, Item No. 8, “A letter from NSP stating their approval of the tree planting <br />and parking area within their easement must be submitted to the City.” Has this been done before? Was this <br />required for the development at Cleveland Avenue and County Road D?
