Planning Commission Minutes - February 20, 2001 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />2.All off Street parking stalls shall be marked with white or yellow painted lines not less than four (4) <br /> <br />inches wide. <br />3.Applicants shall show an additional handicapped accessible parking stall. <br /> <br />4.Provision of a bond or letter of credit in the amount equal to 100% of the cost to install landscaping, <br /> <br />curbing and paving to ensure that these items are installed per the approved plans. <br />5.That a revised grading and drainage plan be submitted to and approved by the City Engineer. The <br /> <br />plan should include appropriate data and figures regarding projected run-off from the parking area. <br />6.Approval of Rice Creek Watershed District application. <br /> <br />7.“One Way” and/or “School Bus Only” graphics shall be clearly marked in pavement paint and <br /> <br />appropriate signage to minimize traffic mixing.
