Motion Carried. <br />OMMISSION MEETING <br /> <br />Report on Council Action <br />Larson said he had nothing new to report. <br /> <br />Agenda Review <br />Baker added an item regarding Councilmember of the Month. <br /> <br />Public Hearings <br />PL-235 & PRD-58 Barry Brottlund <br />Mattila stated the applicant submitted a letter of withdrawal of his proposal. The applicant indicated the <br />project had problems in terms of engineering and the numbers for the project. <br /> <br />Baker stated that this is a public hearing and asked if anyone wished to speak on the item. Several residents <br />responded. <br /> <br />A resident asked if Brottlund could resubmit the proposal. Baker answered affirmatively. The resident asked <br />if the City notify the neighbors and in what form. Baker answered the residents would be notified. Mattila <br />New Brighton Bulletin <br />stated we would publish a notice in the and residents within 600 feet of the site <br />would be notified by mail. <br /> <br />The resident stated they were not notified this time. Mattila responded that, because the proposal had been <br />withdrawn before the mailing went out, the mailing was canceled. Mattila said he had conversations with a <br />couple of neighbors and informed them of the withdrawal.
