Motion Carried. <br />LANNING OMMISSION MEETING AS WRITTEN <br /> <br />Report on Council Action <br />Steve Larson briefly reported on the Volunteers Recognition Picnic and National Night Out. <br /> <br />Agenda Review <br />Teague asked to have the Jones Lake Concept Plan added to the agenda as a discussion item. <br /> <br />Public Hearings <br />Site Plan Review and Special Use Permit for the Brightwood Hills Golf Course Mary Burg <br />Teague reviewed the Planning Report concerning the review of a plan for redevelopment of the Brightwood <br />Hills Golf Course Club House. Teague showed slides of the site. <br /> <br />Baker asked if anyone in the audience wanted to speak on the issue. No one responded. <br /> <br />PH. <br />Motion by Baker, seconded by Livingston, 6 Ayes - 0 Nays. Motion <br />TO CLOSE THE UBLIC EARING <br />Carried. <br /> <br />Baker commented the new clubhouse would be an asset to the community. The extra parking stalls are a plus. <br /> <br />Livingston asked the project architect, Jim O’Brien, if he changed the square footage of the facility in the new <br />drawings. O’Brien said the new drawings changed the character of the building. Livingston asked why no <br />provision was made for changing clothes.
