Discussed user <br />fees, joint powers agreements and other creative approaches . <br />Discussed I-35 W Coalition activities. <br /> <br />Public Hearing: PRD02-002 LP02-009, PL02-004 Preliminary Review of Planned <br />Residential Development, Site Plan and Preliminary Plat – Humphrey Engineering <br />on behalf of Nedegaard Custom Homes. <br />Consideration of an application to construct a 20 unit townhome development and <br />subdivide the property into townhome lots. The property is located at 2700 Linden <br />Drive, NW, and is zoned R-3B, Multiple Family Residential. Each townhome unit would <br />be owner-occupied, containing a two-stall garage. <br /> <br />Mr. Boylan presented the background information to the Commissioners. The aerial <br />photos and updated site plan and staff report were reviewed. The two-step process for the <br />PRD was explained. <br /> <br />John Feges of Nedegaard Custom Homes and Elness Swenson Graham Architects, <br />addressed the Planning Commission and answered questions from the Commissioners. <br /> <br />Planning Commissioners asked questions about visitor parking and snow removal plan. <br />Mr. Feges agreed to work with City Staff to address these issues. <br /> <br />
