The proposed addition consists of a new addition onto the existing <br />structure including a front entryway. The site is zoned R-1, Single Family Residential <br />and the proposed front entryway is proposed to encroach by 6 feet into the 30 foot front <br />yard setback requirement. Section 4-040(3) B states that the required setback may be <br />reduced to twenty four feet subject to approval of a Special Use Permit.
