The proposed addition consists of <br />a remodeled entryway and expanded garage. The site is zoned R-1, Single Family <br />Residential and the proposed addition sits within the 30 foot front yard setback <br />requirement. At the bottom of the pole, T-Mobile is <br />proposing to construct two 6 foot tall and two 4 foot tall cabinets.
