The applicant is proposing to <br />change building and parking orientation. <br /> <br />Site Plan review <br />2) for Building E, located adjacent to the northwest corner of <br />th <br />the intersection of County Road E-2 and 5 Avenue NW. <br /> <br />Gary Vogel, BKV architect, gave a presentation on the project changes and site plan for <br />Mr. Ordway. Rd. E-2 Facades (east/south) from the <br />storefronts to the sidewalks in the right-of-way. <br /> <br />3) Landscaping for the east side of the building shall be redesigned to facilitate <br />sidewalk connections with steps, raised planters and retaining wall structures. <br /> <br /> <br />4)A minor subdivision is applied for to split off the Building D parcel. <br /> <br /> <br />
