<br />Approved <br />Howard inquired if the 721 Old Hwy 8 NW had been reviewed. Gundlach replied that <br />the Commission’s recommendation was to rezone that property to B4 and it will be going <br />before Council. Howard asked if this application is moved forward by the Commission if <br />it would include the 721 Old Hwy 8 NW. Gundlach replied that the action to be taken at <br />this meeting is to be on 715 Old Hwy 8 NW General Development Plan. A Permanent Sign <br />Permit will be required prior to construction of this sign. <br /> <br />3.The Grading & Utility Plan is revised whereby the water service connection is <br />th <br />made from 7 Street NW rather than Old Highway 8 NW. This water service <br />should be installed within 10’ of the storm sewer and be located within the same <br />trench. <br /> <br />4.The Grading & Utility Plan is revised whereby a single sanitary service is <br />provided to the building, rather than the 5 depicted on the plan. <br /> <br />5.The Grading & Utility Plan includes a manhole structure where the storm sewer <br />th <br />connection is made off of 7 Street NW. <br /> <br />6.Additional screening, in the form of plant materials, is incorporated into the <br />landscape plan along the eastern yard as feasible and at the recommendations of <br />the City Forrester. <br /> <br />7.All other recommendations of the City Forrester are implemented into the <br />Landscaping Plan. <br /> <br /> <br />4 Ayes, 0 Nays.MOTION APPROVED. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Public Hearings: VN2006-003 Side Street Yard Setback Variance <br /> <br /> <br />The applicants are requesting a side street yard setback variance in order to rebuild their <br />existing attached garage.
