Prior to vacating Mounds Avenue, an Access Agreement must be entered into <br /> between the applicant and property owner at 2044 Old Highway 8 NW before the <br /> City will vacate Mounds Avenue. The agreement must state that both parties except <br /> the existing road as is or come to an agreement on necessary improvements.
