It is anticipated that the Council will award a contract for this project on June 12, <br />2007. <br /> <br />Financial Impact: N/ A - The City would be granting easements over property cUlTently owned by the <br />City of New Brighton. <br /> <br />Explanation: Two easements will be authorized. The first is a roadway easement for approximately <br />eighteen (18) feet ofright-of~way in favor of Ramsey County since Old Highway 8 is a Ramsey County <br />roadway. This additional right-of-way is necessary to construct the roadway as ordered by the City <br />Council.
