T~e Village Council of the Village of New Brighton ordains as follows: SECTION I It shall be unlawful for any minor \ind.r the age of 14 years, or who is below the 9th trade in school, to be in or upon th.!~liC: streets,' higAways, roads, alleys, paries, plaYlrounds or other public grounds, public places and public buildings, places of amusement, entertainment, or refrelnaent, vacant lots or other unsupervised places between the hours of 9:00 P. M. and 6:00A. M. of the follow- ing day on school nights, Sunday th~ough Thursday, and 10:00 P. M. and 6:00 A. M. of the following day, on non-school nights or Friday or Saturday, official village time; provided, however, that the proviSions of this section shall not apply to any s~e, minor accom- panied by his parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor. SECTION 3 It shall be unlawful for the parent, guardian or other adult person having tbe care and custody of a minor under the age of 14 years or who is below the 9th grade in school to permit such minor to be in or upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds er other public grounds, public places and public buildings, places of amusement, entertainment or refreshment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places b*tween tbe bours of 9:00 P.
