<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />117 <br /> <br />'-~ <br /> <br />by his parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and <br />custody of the minor. <br /> <br />SECTI~ 5 <br />It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation <br />operating or in charge of any amusement, entertainment or refresh- <br />ment, or other place of business, to permit any minor under the age <br />of 18 years to loiter, loaf or idle in such place during the hours <br />prohibited by this ordinance. <br />This ordinance shall not be construed as permitting the <br />presence at any time of any person under the age of 18 years in any <br />place where his presence is now prohibited by any existing law or <br />ordinance. <br />Whenever the owner or person in charge or in control of any <br />place Qf amuseme'Rt, entertainment, refreshment, or other place of <br />business shall find persons under the age of 18 years loitering, <br />loafing or idling in such place of business, he shall immediately order <br />such persons to leave, and if such person refuses to leave the said <br />place of business. the operator shall imaediately notify the Police <br />Department and inform them of the violation. <br />SECTION 6 <br />Any member of the police force is authorized to arrest, with <br />or without a warrant. any person or persons, firm or corporation <br />violating any of the provisions of this ordinance. and any minor <br />under 18 years of age unaccompanied by his parent. guardian or other <br />adult person having the care and custody of said minor in violation <br />of this ordinance shall be deemed as adeliqquent child 85 defined <br />in Minnesota Statutes 1941, section 260.01. <br />SECTI~ 7 <br />Any person. persons. firm or corporation who shall violate the <br />provisions of sections 2, 4 and 5 of this ordinance shall, upon <br /> <br />/ <br />
