HEAD'S APPROVAL: Sand Breuer, Director of Parks and Recreation <br /> <br />MANAGER'S REVIEW/RECOMMENDA TION: <br />No comments to su lement this re 011 Comments attached <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"'- <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve amendment to the lease with Academy of BioScience Charter School commencing on <br />August 1, 2007. <br /> <br />Legislative History: <br />The City Council approved the lease agreement with the Academy of BioScience on February 23, <br />2007. <br /> <br />Financial Impact: <br />None. <br /> <br />Explanation: <br />The lease amendment includes the verbiage of a maximum number of pupils and the payment <br />process that would follow. Also to meet the tenant's needs with the Minnesota Department of <br />Education, verbiage was included in the lease amendment following Minnesota Statutes, section <br />1240.10 subdivision 23a. <br /> <br />Cost and Funding: <br />None. ~ <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />J on T.
