<br />7. Consider Verizon Wireless LLC Lease Amendment to Increase Rent at
<br />Forestdale Water Tower. Report No. 07-125.

<br />Director of Public Works, Grant Wyffels offered the basic terms of each of
<br />the leases. Councilmember Doffing questioned if there are rate increases.
<br />Mr. Wyffels explained this is done at the time the lease is generated.
<br />
<br />Motion by Councilmember Bauman, seconded by Councilmember Burg Su~j~ct to the
<br />approval of the City Attorney, authorize the City Manager and the Mayo~t9~nter into
<br />a First Amendment to Tower Lease Agreement between the City of Ne""iJ:.J!ighton and
<br />V erizon Wireless LLC to amend the original lease dated Dece~~~m;!~, 1997 for
<br />property located at 700 Silver Lake Road also known as the For:est~aleWaJ.~r Tower
<br />Site.
