THE LOCATION <br />AND THE USE OF BUILDINGS AND THE ARRANGE- <br />MENT OF BUILDINGS ON LOTS, AND THE <br />DENSITY OF POPULATION IN THE VILLAGE OF <br />NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA AND REPEALING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 31 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, <br />AND KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE." <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of New Brighton ordains <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 61, known as the Zoning <br /> <br />Oidinancebe amended as follows: <br /> <br />1. By repealing Section 12, Paragraph land sub- <br />stitutiAg in lieu thereof the following: <br /> <br />Itl. In any residence district there shall be <br />provided for every building hereafter erected <br />or structurally altered, a front yard of not <br />. ,,,.,,LQSS than-thirty (30) fee-tin depthanda--stde <br />yard on each side of the building of not less <br />than five (5) feet in width, except that de- <br />tached garages may be so located so as to provide <br />a side yard of not less than two (2) feet in <br />width. It <br /> <br />2. By repealing Section 14, Paragraph 1 (9) and sub- <br />stituting in lieu thereof the following: <br /> <br />"g. To permit the location of any of the follow- <br />,1ng uses in a district from which they are ex- <br />cluded by the provisions of this ordinance; air- <br />port, library, community center, church, hospital, <br />any institution of any educational, philanthropic <br />or charitable nature, cemetery, crematory, mauso- <br />leum or any other place for the disposal of the <br />human dead, undertaking establishments and rest <br />homes." <br /> <br />'.', ,,'lIIf":"': ,~".." <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
