Without this agreement the <br /> City will not be eligible to receive this grant. <br /> Explanation: This will authorize the Mayor and the City Manager to enter into an agreement <br /> for Federal Participation in Construction to allow Mn/DOT to act as the City's agent in accepting <br /> federal funds on the City's behalf for the construction, improvement, or enhancement of <br /> transportation financed either in whole or in part by federal funds. This agreement is intended to <br /> cover all projects using Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) funds rather than a specific <br /> project, although it will serve the immediate purpose of the City receiving federal FHWA <br /> funding for the Safe Routes to School grant. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ~;4j <br /> Grant M.
