T Planning Commission and City Council recommended that if structurally possible the <br /> ex' ing shed be moved to meet a S' setback, thus reducing nonconformities and complying <br /> wi Zoning Code Section 8-460. <br /> Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon the above findings of fact the application for <br /> a Spec' Use Permit (SP2007-008) and Nonconforming Use Permit (NC2007-002) are hereby <br /> appro d, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1.
