She added that the transportation meeting regarding the possible <br />llion to relieve congestion within the state went well. <br />Council Member Ann Hoffman - Economic Development Commission <br />Council Member Hoffinan stated APi Group has begun grading and foundation. She <br />added LA Fitness has begun excavation on the Brighton Village site and there was a <br />good discussion regarding the railroad. She announced that Cynthia Lesher will be <br />replacing Lisa Harreld on the Commission. Ms. Lesher is the President and CEO of <br />Northern States Power Company — Minnesota and will serve as president of the host <br />committee for the 2008 Republican National Convention, <br />Mayor Larson <br />Mayor Larson announced that he attended the League of Minnesota Cities Conference in <br />Duluth. He was on the nominating committee, participating in interviews and voted on <br />officers of the board. He added that there were numerous discussions regarding TIFF <br />and tax free job zones.
