MS2007 -001, City of New Brighton requests a Minor Subdivision impacting <br />the property located at 19 14th Street NW (formerly known as the Darling <br />site). Report No. 07 -216. Resolution No. 07 -091. <br />City Planner, Janice Gundlach explained this also is a City initiated request. The <br />land would be conveyed to Ryan companies. Ryan Companies would then be <br />responsible for platting the land. <br />Mayor Larson opened the Public Hearing at 6:40 pm. <br />U ey <br />or Larson gave an opportunity for any questions or comments from the audience; <br />re were none. <br />Motion by Council Member Burg. seconded by Council Member Hoffman to close the <br />Public Hearing. (Moved from Consent Agenda.) <br />City Manager, Dean Lotter explained that RFPs have been obtained, and a <br />qualified firm has been selected. Mr. Lotter asked if Council had specific questions <br />for staff.
